ZP 9168 M is so stable process which provides clear - blue chromate layers on zinc platings.
It provides homegenous clear - blue passivation layers plated from acid, alkali and cyanide zinc processes. It can be used as final stage layer and sealants can be applied on it.
ZP 9168 M is ideal for both rack and barrel applications. It creates a reasonable corrosion resistance while removing matting occured due to metalic contaminations. Passivated-parts has to be dryed in 70°C if high temperature treated furnace lacqures will not be used.
