INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA



Altınok Galvano Kimya San. and Tic. Ltd. Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “Altınok”), we prioritize the protection of your personal data and the right to privacy in our electrophoretic automatic plating facility installation, electrophoretic lacquer, nickel, chrome, gold, silver and zinc plating activities. With this awareness, we implement the necessary procedures to process and preserve the personal data of persons associated with Altınok, including service providers, employees, consultants, business partners, visitors, third parties and website visitors who benefit from the services we offer, in accordance with the relevant legislation, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the International Conventions on human rights to which our country is a party, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"). We also take into account the provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) for data subjects who are European Union citizens or within the scope of European Union legislation.

In accordance with the KVKK and as the Data Controller, your personal data is within the limits explained on this page and prescribed by the legislation; will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties where permitted by the legislation, classified, anonymized when necessary, de-identified when necessary, destroyed and processed in a proportionate manner and in connection with our activity and service purposes in the ways listed in KVKK.

Veri sorumlusu olarak Altınok tarafından kişisel verilerinizin işlenişine ilişkin bilgiler aşağıdadır;

1. What are the Personal Data and Processes Collected by Altınok?

Although the content may vary depending on the electrophoretic automatic plating facility installation, electrophoretic lacquer, nickel, chrome, gold, silver and zinc plating services offered or to be offered to you or your legal relationship with Altınok (employee, employee candidate, consultant, business partner, visitor, service provider, customer, website visitor, 3rd party), the processes regarding your personal data that we collect for the purposes specified in section 2 below are listed below;

When you request service or information from Altınok, your personal data listed below are collected based on the legal reason that "it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract" and "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" in order to make an appointment or to convey information to you;

Personal Data Collected from Business Partners

● Your Identity Information: Your name, surname, TR ID number, tax number if you are a legal person, trade registry information, tax office.
● Your Contact Information: Your telephone number, e-mail address, residence address, work e-mail address, KEP address.
● Your Financial Information: Your bank account number, IBAN number, invoice information, and other data you send to us regarding the billing processes.
● Data Belonging to Other Persons: Identity information and contact data of the customer to be transmitted to us in terms of service provision.
● Legal Transaction Data: Notifications, correspondence and other data from relevant judicial and official authorities.

Data Collected from Service Providers and Consultants

● Your Identity Data: Your name and surname, your TR ID number, your tax number if you are a legal person, your trade registry information, your tax office.
● Your Contact Data: Your telephone number, e-mail address, residence address, work e-mail address, KEP address.
● Your Financial Information: Your bank account number, IBAN number, invoice information, and other data you send to us regarding the billing processes.
● Legal Transaction Data: Notifications, correspondence and other data from relevant judicial and official authorities.

Data Collected from Visitors

● Kimlik Verileriniz: Adınız soyadınız, TC kimlik numaranız veya tüzel kişi olmanız halinde vergi numaranız, ticaret sicil bilgileriniz, vergi dairesi bilgileriniz. ● İletişim Verileriniz: Telefon numaranız, e-posta adresiniz, ikametgah adresiniz, iş e-posta adresiniz, KEP adresiniz.

Personal Data Collected from Employees

● Your Identity Information: Your name, surname, copy of your identity document or copy of your passport or driver's license, TR ID number, passport number or driver's license number, nationality, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, information about your place of registration, your mother and father's names.
● Your Contact Information: Your residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, contact data of the person to be informed in case of emergency.
● Your Philosophical Belief, Religion and Sect Information: Your religious information contained in old IDs due to the fact that a photocopy of your ID is taken due to the legislation in order to create your personnel file, and your philosophical belief, religion and sect information that you especially want to specify.
● Your Health Information: Your blood type, health report, disability report, information and documents regarding your health status,
● Your Visual Data: Photographs to be used in processes within the scope of your personnel file, security camera images that record the workplace for security reasons.
● Your Personal Data: Your CV, diploma, education status, graduation information, foreign language knowledge, reference, start date, professional chamber information, family status certificate, military service certificate.
● Your Criminal Conviction Data: Your criminal record.
● Legal Transaction Data: Notifications, correspondence and other data from relevant judicial and official authorities.

Data Collected from Employee Candidates

● Your Identity Information: Your name and surname.
● Your Contact Information: Your phone number, e-mail address, residence address,
● Your Personal Data: Your CV, your reference.

Personal Data Collected from Website Visitors

● Your Identity Information: Your name and surname if you fill out the contact form on our website.
● Your Contact Information: Your phone number and e-mail address if you fill out the contact form on our website.
● System Data: Your IP address (Online identifying information and IP address information are collected in accordance with the legislation. In addition, the IP address of the website users is recorded in order to identify system-related problems and quickly resolve any problems or disputes that may arise regarding the service provided.).

2. What is the Purpose and Legal Reason for Processing Your Personal Data?

Kişisel verilerinizi aşağıda belirtilen amaçlar kapsamında işliyoruz. Mevzuatta belirtilen hükümler yanında sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması, meşru menfaat için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması durumlarında verinin niteliğine göre 4. ● Preserving information regarding your health data that must be kept within the scope of relevant legislation,
● Responding to the written requests of official authorities such as Law Enforcement Forces, Courts, Enforcement Offices, SGK, İŞKUR, embassies, sharing the requested information with the Ministry and other public institutions and organizations in accordance with the relevant legislation,
● In matters related to public security and legal disputes, providing information to prosecutors' offices, courts and relevant public officials upon request and in accordance with the legislation, fulfilling legal processes, and using it as evidence in order to fulfill the burden of proof in legal disputes that may arise in the future,

● Fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, execution of works and transactions as a result of signed contracts and protocols,
● Answering all your questions and complaints regarding the services offered,
● Measuring our service satisfaction and improving satisfaction, training and developing our employees,
● Carrying out risk management and quality improvement activities,
● Designing and delivering website-specific content, tangible and intangible benefits,
● In order to ensure the implementation of Altınok's human resources policies; data of our employees, the Labor Law and labor and social security legislation, occupational health and safety and other legislation in force, in order to ensure that the obligations and activities stipulated by the legislation are carried out in accordance with the legislation, as well as to increase the performance level and employee satisfaction and ensure business peace, to create a personnel file,
● Providing the necessary training to ensure the professional and personal development of employees, employee orientation,
● Carrying out the application processes for employee candidates,
● Ensuring the security of Altınok, ensuring physical space security,
● Execution of information security processes,
● Ensuring transaction security,
● In terms of visitor data, if you visit Altınok, the processes can be carried out if the website is closed for any reason,

We process it for its purposes based on the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Your personal data can be preserved both digitally and physically by transferring it to physical archives and/or information systems within Altınok and/or contracted organizations.

3. How is Personal Data Collected and Processed by Altınok?
Your personal data you share with Altınok is collected in the following ways;
● Personal data of Business Partners, service providers, consultants and customers

Personal data belonging to business partners, service providers, consultants and customers are collected in the online system or physically by filling out forms, verbally declaring personal data or transmitting personal data to Altınok in written form. In this context, you can contact us by phone or e-mail, and when creating an appointment with your physical application to Altınok; It is collected verbally or in writing, recorded, stored, changed, rearranged and collected during the service offered, during admission to Altınok, when you use our website for information, appointment, complaint purposes for service delivery, or when you visit Altınok. Any action performed on data within the scope of KVKK and GDPR is considered "processing of personal data".

● Personal data of the employee
Personal data of employees are collected from the relevant person by physically delivering documents or sending them by e-mail or post.
● Personal data of the employee candidate
Personal data of employees are collected from the relevant person by physically delivering documents or sending them by e-mail or post.
● Personal data of the visitor
Personal data of the visitor is collected verbally or in writing when the relevant person physically visits Altınok.
● Personal data of the Website Visitor
Personal data of the website visitor is collected when the relevant person visits the website.
4. Issues Regarding Explicit Consent Within the Scope of Personal Data Processing Conditions

Within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, "personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the relevant person". However, the following situations are listed as exceptions to this situation:

● It is clearly prescribed by law.
● It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or someone else who is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not given legal validity.
● It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
● It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.
● It has been made public by the person concerned.
● Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
● It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
However, we would like to point out that; These exceptions do not apply to all personal data of a special nature and in all cases. Data regarding people's race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are personal data of special nature and cannot be processed without the express consent of the person concerned. If it is regulated by law, explicit consent is not required for personal data other than health and sexual life.

For this reason, we process your special personal data with your explicit consent.

In short, our personal data; It will be processed in accordance with the law and the rule of honesty, in connection with the purposes of processing, in a limited and proportionate manner, accurately and up to date, and for certain clear and legitimate purposes.

5. Persons and Organizations to whom your personal data may be transferred

Your personal data may be processed by institutions or organizations permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, Ministries and their sub-units, security forces affiliated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement forces, Prosecutor's offices, Courts, other official authorities authorized by law, private insurance companies, our direct/indirect domestic shareholders, in case of a possible legal dispute, our lawyers, consultants, representatives of official institutions authorized to audit Altınok, auditors, business partners, third parties with whom we cooperate for the provision of services. We may transfer this information to individuals, domestic organizations and foreign organizations from which we contractually receive services and cooperate to carry out our activities.

6. What Should You Do If Your Personal Information Changes?

If there is a change in your personal data, you must tell us so that we can update our records. In addition, in accordance with our procedures, we may request your approval to check the accuracy and up-to-dateness of some of your personal data, especially your contact and address data.

7. Rights of Personal Data Owner in accordance with KVKK No. 6698

6698 sayılı KVKK 11.maddesi gereğince, Kişisel Veri Sahibi’nin hakları aşağıdaki gibidir: İşlenen kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak, mevzuat uyarınca tarafımıza başvurarak,

● Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
● Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
● Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
● Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
● Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
● Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
● In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
● Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
● In case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.

Additionally, in addition to the above-mentioned rights listed in the KVKK, the following rights are available to relevant persons who are European Union citizens or within the GDPR application area, within the scope of the GDPR provisions.

● Right to be Forgotten: You have the right to request the deletion of your data within the scope of the right to be forgotten in conjunction with the right to deletion, except for exceptional cases regulated in the GDPR.
● Data Portability: By evaluating the service provided to you, you have the right to transfer your data from us to another data controller, except for exceptional cases and in cases where the place of service is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless it violates the mandatory provisions of KVKK.
● Right to Restrict Data Processing: While exercising your right to delete data, you have the right to restrict data in certain circumstances.

Additionally, where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for a specific purpose (e.g. for a research project) or to carry out informative promotional activities for you, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can submit your identity information, the right you want to use and your request in detail by filling out the "Application Form in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data" on the website www.altinokkimya.com.tr and personally submitting it to the address "Velibaba Mahallesi Mimar Sinan Caddesi Velibaba Sanayi Sitesi A4 Blok No:24 Dolayoba, Pendik / İstanbul", through a notary public or by registered mail with the note "Personal Data Information Request". We reserve the right to request identification during the application to confirm identity information.

Your applications within this framework will be concluded within 30 days at most. These applications are free of charge, and if the process requires an additional cost in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the law, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board will be charged by Altınok.
